During my career at Dannon I have held a variety of positions with diverse responsibilities. This evolution has provided me with the opportunity to work in all aspects of the organization, from entry level supervisor, mid level manager to plant manager as well as R&D and Corporate Quality roles. In 2009 I assumed the role of Sourcing and Supplier Quality Manager. Over the years there have been many challenges and changes in the company and business environment. Bridging the relationship between customer and supplier has required the use of many skills to assure the requirements of Dannon are met and we continue to partner with suppliers to improve quality. These challenges have served me well in diversifing my skills and ability to lead and drive change. I am currently the Director of the packaging stream for Supplier Quaity for Danone North America. This has allowed my team and I to drive improvements with our entire packaging supplier base. We work closely with Procurement, R&I and Manufacturing to assure high quality packaging for the variety of products produced by Danone. My goal is to continue to grow professionally and personally while helping the company deliver our growth and innovation objectives and be a leader in the food industry.
