Recently promoted to this position to lead the North American Supplier Quality Network for the Dannon / Danone Family of companies. Responsible for leading a team of 4 Supplier Quality professionals to assure application of our Supplier Superiority programs across our network. We will be responsible for supporting and working with our partners in operations, R&D, and Supplier sourcing to ensure all our suppliers are managing their processes to deliver quality raw and pack materials. In addition we are looking for ways to elevate our supplier partnerships to deliver a globally recognized way of developing, manufacturing and using the various raw and pack materials necessary to ensure our yogurt products deliver a superior consumer experience. Our mindset is; today’s benchmark’s is our minimum expectation for quality.

Organize and conduct supplier (raw material and packaging) Quality and Food Safety audits (GFSI related) and qualification inspections that support Dannon's quality, growth and strategic objectives. Guide and assist suppliers in process improvements that reduce/eliminate quality failures, reduce losses and improve overall customer satisfaction. Partner with Dannon R&D and Purchasing in supplier selection and approval. Supporting six Dannon North American manufacturing plants in resolving material quality issues and the related improvement action plans. Manage and support the qualification process of new suppliers and/or materials to assure that they will meet the design needs of the product, company and consumer.

Plant QA manager responsible for all aspects of the Quality and Food Safety system for the Minster facility. Responsible for regulatory interactions and compliance.

Acting Plant manager for the Dannon West Jordan plant. I was asked to step in and lead the plant due to the departure of the previous plant manager. Primary responsibilities included: leading the management team, budget, projects, and hiring.
