In 1998, John was also Merrill Lynch's manager of the year. In 2005, John joined TD Wealth PIA as an Investment Advisor, Senior VP and Branch Manager of the London, Ontario office. Under John's leadership, London Office earned Branch Of The Year three times (2010, 2012, and 2013).As a former guest contributor to the London Free Press Saturday Business Edition for several years, he has published more than 50 wealth management articles and has authored two books with Uphill Publishing, Tips from the Top and The Baby Boomer’s Guide to Wealth and Investing. In 2002 John was awarded the Queens Jubilee Medal for public service. John has served as a Governor on the national board of the Red Cross, the fundraising committee for the Salvation Army (Center of Hope) and is presently on the board of the Catholic seminary foundation. He serves as Vice Chair of the foundation and is Secretary, Treasurer and Chair of the Finance committee.
