Onsite audio visual technician supporting meetings and events in the live production spaces at the various Facebook/Meta campuses in the Seattle area.Upon return from covid lockdown I led the burn in of audio across the entire PNW region for meta as well as the commissioning of the audio systems in new event spacesI also lead training for new technicians with regard to audio in the PNW region.Another responsibility is acting as a stage manager for events where I often lead teams in executing broadcast events.Part of the stage manager's responsibility is to sync with hosts and deliver the hosts creative vision for the broadcast with regards to in-room equipment and virtual events.

Working with the owner to build out a successful virtual space and supporting live events as a project manager, audio engineer, or video engineer on a part time basis.

As Kelcema's first full time hire, I was responsible for building out the video production inventory, warehouse organization, pulling gear for shows and loading the truck, driving, client/contract management, on site show management, personnel management, and developing business relationships with other vendors. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic my role became non-viable for the company.

In this role I worked as part of the on site audio visual team at Facebook HQ, our team was tasked with operating the 25+ venues across the campus for the internal and external meetings.

I was brought in as the opening manager for this property, It was within my duties to build the technician team, build out inventory, build and maintain relationships with the management of the property as well as with our end clients and the IATSE 107 stagehands union. Considerable time mentoring technicians and working to build them up into a strong team in order to set them up for future success. Other duties include mapping the existing infrastructure (Telecom and data) as well as developing processes for the documentation of these items as well as putting in place processes to insure quality of product for our end clients and accountability of the technicians.

Managed labor,scheduling,hotel relations,client relations,tech training/coaching,team building, and inventory control. This was a complex property with lots of challenges after its recent conversion from In-House to contracted AV.

My day to day duties here included leading the PM shift, training new techs up to the company and hotel standards, coordinating with the hotel house crew to insure teamwork and productivity and working with the management to continue to grow my own management skills and abilities.

My time with Charter was a focus on a full time career and skill building. I was promoted 3 times during my time with the company. While I was with Charter I developed my passion for customer service and quality, and the belief that quality and customer service are the most important things for a company to focus on.

My duties here involved setting up, striking, and maintaining the existing permanent installs with regard to lighting and special effects (flame,pyro,Co2,haze,ect)
