Retro Maintenance is a 100 year old, family owned and operated business serving New York City Since 1923 for 3 generations. I am the third generation and the current President & CEO of Retro Maintenance.I have worked with the company for over 45 years, starting out as a window cleaner and acquiring ownership in the 1980’s. While the original business concentrated on window washing and floor cleaning, when I first took over management and operations, we expanded the company’s services to include all types of cleaning, including: fine detailed Construction Cleanup, Commercial Cleaning, Power Washing, Floor Maintenance, FISP Local Law 11 Inspections, and now in these trying times, specialized COIVD-19 Spray Disinfecting Services.During the twenty-teens, we updated the Stadnyk branded name to Retro Maintenance, the company’s new name and image that reflects the continued growth, valued past, and timeless service. Retro Maintenance is now a full-service cleaning contractor serving the entire tri-state area, with general liability insurance, workman’s compensation, and disability coverage.Retro remains a family owned and operated business that has not lost the personal touch and dependable service that our customers have come to rely on.
