I currently advance support strategy and play an instrumental role in driving the infrastructure design. Throughout my tenure thus far, I have delivered multiple solutions. Selected highlights include:• Successfully completed a comprehensive migration to AWS and GCP.• Served as project lead in creating and implementing the company’s infrastructure pipeline for its cloud environment, thereby enabling development and application teams to deploy infrastructure as code and deploy solutions quicker.• Directed a large-scale cloud migration project and eight-member cloud enablement and infrastructure team in designing migration technology patterns, executing the migration plan, designing reporting and optimization processes for the cloud, leveraging existing technologies and tools to enhance outputs, and more.• Led the effort that established GCP architecture and design for account, service projects, underlying network, vpc, and other infrastructure as code.

In this role, I directed the daily operations and strategic priorities of the company’s exchange environment, backup environment, enterprise vault, and MDM solutions. I designed, implemented, integrated, and supported Exchange 2007/2013, CommVault, Symantec Enterprise Vault, and Citrix XenMobile environment. I was recognized for delivering multiple solutions during my tenure, including stabilizing the backup environment, reducing daily and weekly outages, and more.

In this role, I directed end-to-end IT operations for a mid-size long-term care company with 1,600+ employees in a virtualized environment comprised of Dell Servers, Dell EqualLogic SAN, VMware, and Cisco Networking elements. I also set, implemented, communicated, evaluated, and continuously improved IT infrastructure and operational strategy. Throughout my tenure, I enabled multiple transformative solutions, including the design and engineering of a new facility cabling and infrastructure plan, multiple upgrades and solutions, and more.

During this time, I led the operations of network and production environment for the SEASWeb.net web application, including all monitoring, utilization, capacity planning, and troubleshooting functions. In this role, I managed all aspects of desktop support for 120+ cross-functional staff spanning multiple teams and aided in growing annual revenue from $700K to more than $15M throughout my tenure. I initially joined the company as Senior System Administrator and received a promotion to Network Manager for exemplary performance and commitment to the company.
