My pipeline of projects with a high probability of delivery totalled £700M after six months. Several of these projects were in the £40M to £75M value band.Working closely with the development arm Link City I was able to introduce several opportunities including hi rise residential, fifty-plus residential and a hotel.I was able to make arrangements for Link City colleagues to meet with my other contacts to discuss viable schemes off market.I greatly enjoyed my time at Bouygues and was devestated to be a casualty of financial cuts owing to the company losing money the year before I joined. It was acknowledged that the pipeline was of extremely high quality and high value and I was looking forward to delivering a serious number of projects in the coming months. Show less
