I have been living and working in Japan for the last 12 years. I am currently based in Tokyo and exploring potential career opportunities both here in Japan and back home in the United States. The qualities that best describe me are competitive, adaptable, team-oriented, and self-critical. I have been blessed to have a long career in sports which has taught me many lessons in leadership, communication, teamwork, and management that I carry with me and apply each day.Living for over ten years in Japan has taught me how to adjust to new and difficult scenarios. I first came to Japan as an English Teacher in 2011 with no teaching experience, zero Japanese skill, and very few connections. Ten plus years later I have accrued experience accross a wide variety of business sectors and gained invaluable knowledge of the Japanese language and culture. I want to use this aquired knowledge to do business internationally and further connect Japan and the United States in meaningful ways.
