Responsible for the full customer experience through the strategic direction, development and management of the Stakeholder Success team responsible for quality, compliance, accreditations, marketing and communications, policies and procedures for the customer journey. Working in partnership with key internal stakeholders (including Finance, Services, Advancement and Human Capital) to drive value for multiple stakeholders/customers and meet/exceed defined metrics of success.

Responsible for overseeing the marketing and communication strategy, planning and execution for the organization. Specifically managing the transformation from traditional marketing strategies and activities to a data driven and sophisticated approach to deliver continuous improving results. Helped lead strategic communication efforts during a successful merger ensuring that the people supported by the organization never experienced a disruption of service, employees who were impacted received the key information they needed, and the community-at-large was aware of the changes not only to our organization but the industry. Championed the successful renaming and rebranding process for the organization working through each key stakeholder group. Managing and overseeing the initial RFP process for an agency partner to the strategic rollout of the new brand across the organization.

Overseeing the management of 3 school marketing sites. Activities include content creation, development, SEO management, and design. Included in this portfolio is an International marketing site as well.

Plan, organize, and direct all ongoing and special project funding programs for the institution through strategic planning and goal setting, development of research and action solicitation programs, along with the establishment and continuous update of development policies, systems, and procedures.- Collaborate with the Board and Executive Director to create a development plan which increases revenues to support the strategic direction of the organization.- Implement development plans through a cross-functional team environment.- Monitor and evaluate all development activities to ensure that goals are being achieved.- Monitor trends in the community or region and adapt development strategies as necessary.- Develop and manage timelines for various development activities to ensure strategic plans and critical fund raising processes are carried out in a timely manner.Develop policies and procedures for the development department which reflect ethical fundraising practices.- Prepare and submit grant applications as outlined in the development plan to generate funds for the organization.- Oversee the planning and execution of special fundraising events as specified in the development plan to generate funds for the organization.- Identify and develop corporate, community and individual prospects for the organization's fundraising priorities.- Oversee the administration of a donor mailing list and database which respects the privacy and confidentiality of donor information.
