I have 20 years experience working in live television, mostly on sports broadcasts. I’ve always approached my career with a desire for knowledge, in order to maintain a balanced and comprehensive perspective when making challenging decisions.I continually strive to educate myself about the creative storytelling process and its symbiotic relationship with technical operations.I consider my ability to understand complicated collective bargaining agreements, and their pay rules, to be a unique skill. This affords me the ability to analyze labor costs and find the most fiscally effective and efficient ways to schedule employees. I have experience managing full time employees, interns and thousands of freelancers, which has afforded me a very high volume of experience.I’ve faced many challenges and changing landscapes throughout my career and I’m confident that I will continue to do so with passion for the continued pursuit of knowledge.
