Current: Provide engineering and technical support to Sales and Customer Relation’s teams. Main focal point is on the UCaaS solution and implementation. Develop VoIP UCaaS telecom solutions to meet customer’s needs which includes the presale solution, configuration, technical proposal response, customer presentation and consultation on any issues, on-site/distance support for all products and services up to and including installation, and ongoing customer support, when necessary, after installation. Provides end-to-end sales support. Structured twisted pair and optical cabling workups. Previous: Install and maintain hosted UCaaS phone solutions. This involved work with firewalls and switches. Working to ensure the network can handle a hosted solution. Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and programming all Northland Equipment, applications and Services. Performing work on other Nortel (Norstar & BCM) and Avaya systems and products. Configures, troubleshoots, and maintains basic networking environments including Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP and QoS. Work involved basic programming of switches, firewalls, servers, and PBXs. Responsible for leading phone system installations.
