Key project includes the major restructuring of SAP to simplify customer interactions and related processes.

Managed Global 2000 customer implementations of SaaS Vendor Management Software including localization, data migration, testing, training, and on-going client and services management. Prepared and presented monthly invoicing, responsible for adding over $1.5 million annual revenue.

Led project team comprised of business analysts and consultants (Deloitte) in the implementation of the SAP Quality Management module. Also, facilitated the development and global implementation of Business Warehouse reporting platform adhering to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Program management for the implementation of various electronic fare collections systems on buses and train platforms throughout the Denver metro area. Key project comprised of $20 million budget and several vendors.

Managed development, implementation, and maintenance of Customer Management and B2B web applications for use by international broadband companies and over 1,500 radio stations across the United States.
