John served as Chief Executive Officer of Recovery Ways, a Drug and Alcohol Mental Health facility in Murray Utah. Prior to Accretive Health, John spent 16 years at Accenture, a leading global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company. At Accenture, John served in leadership roles including leading the North American Products industry Business Consulting Practice and as a partner in Accenture’s Global Retail Practice where he led major engagements to dramatically improve client store revenue and margin operating performance through enhanced product, service, marketing, pricing, and in-store experience to better serve target customer segments. Prior to joining Accenture, John held positions in General Electric’s manufacturing management program and Hewlett-Packard’s sales and channel marketing organizations.John earned his MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business and his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. John has served on private equity backed company board and not-for-profit boards.
