Grew sales by £2.5 million in the first 18 months , by gaining several large contracts in the Food Service Market including Easyjet and Sodexo. Gained the Business with Roadchef which enabled the development of a national daily distribution network for for fresh Sandwiches. Business was then aquired by UniQ Prepared Foods.
