As a Managing Consultant at IBM, I serve as the data and analytics lead for the VA VICCS automation program within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). As a Senior Consultant at IBM, I played a vital role in the successful implementation of the Veterans Benefit Administration's FOIA automation project within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this position, I served as the operations lead, ensuring smooth workflow and throughput of FOIA cases. I coordinated the work of HIL (Human in the Loop) resources, monitored RPA (Robot Process Automation) queues, and streamlined operations reporting through data automation and dashboarding. Moreover, I initiated a data-driven process improvement initiative that utilized redaction data, resulting in a significant 2x improvement in FOIA request throughput. Additionally, I collaborated with the VBA Mail Automation project to develop Tableau dashboards, providing self-service data access to stakeholders and eliminating the need for one-off data requests.

During my time with PSC, I worked with users diagnosing and fixing problems while running large computing jobs on the center’s high performance computers. Responsibilities include communicating with a wide range of users, extracting useful information from large databases, knowing relevant information on machines and common account issues, and communicating these issues with the company through a ticketing system. I also helped the company build a new website. Responsibilities included input on structure of website, transferring files for the new web-space, and building the new website using Joomala.
