The Membership Recruiter organizes events to attract new members and manages the data collection, application process, selection process, and distribution of membership awards. In coordination with the risk management officer and house manager, the fraternity house assistant managers help to ensure that local, state, and federal laws are followed on the property, as well as all university and Greek Life housing regulations are followed. That includes no hazing, no substance abuse, and no other risky behavior that could endanger brothers in the house. Activities include:• following recruiting protocols to attract new talents• fostering university and surrounding community relationships• following Fraternity Risk Management Trust guidelines• keeping a clean, safe property that is secured during breaks and between semesters

Communications Assistant 2017 – 2020Communications Assistant to the Director and Publisher of a quarterly printed San Diego Tourist publication found in San Diego airport, visitor centers, hotels, and kiosks all over San Diego County.
