• To report to the Infrastructure Engineering Manager EMEA providing support during the migration project
• Perform discovery, research, analyse, design, propose, and deliver data centre solutions that are appropriate for Basingstoke’s migration project.
• Support, resolve and document issues that arise as part of the project. To include reviewing designs and recommending improvements to the solution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and identify requirements for solution/service needed.
• Responsible for making recommendation on how best to consolidate the delivery of infrastructure services.
• Create the Low Level solution/design based on the requirements to map to the appropriate hardware, software, network, storage infrastructures.

• Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Support, part of a UK wide team responsible for providing support for approximately 600 servers, working as part of a larger department that supports Macmillan’s IT systems.
