Signature Flight Support (SFS) is an industry leading provider of VIP ground handling services for General Aviation. Part of the BBA Aviation group.Pan-European remit, overseeing FBO's across multiple European locations and heading SFS Business Development projects across EMEA. Member of the SFS EMEA SMT and Managing Director of the SFS Greek business.Developing and actioning strategies to maximise efficacy of existing bases through a deep and historical operational understanding of the GA industry and market. Expanding the business through new opportunities and ventures. Responsible for the general management of the SFS Greek business, including 4 SFS sites and 23 agency out-stations. As General Manager, reporting into the Vice President of Operations and leading a team of base managers and a head office function, I managed and developed the businesses through continuous improvement, acting as figurehead for the region.Financial responsibility included: preparing, reporting and analysing financial data including monthly reporting and commentary, preparation of budgets and trend analysis.
