I have recently completed my studies for the Bachelor of Business (global). I majored in management with a minor in entrepreneurship. I thrive myself in taking the initiative as well as understanding and appreciating the perspective of others. I believe having the ability to lead is equally important as actively participating as a member, because both these roles require collaboration, effective communication and active listening skills. I value several things in life but diversity in the workplace is something I hold in a very high regard. Diverse perspectives and cultures are what bring creativity to the workplace and keeps life interesting from my point of view.I consider change management to be one of my many passions. I welcome any challenge to utilise the frameworks/theories I learnt at university as well as experience gained at Talent Academy to better their projects and venture. Whether it be based on economics, sustainability or corporate/business level strategy.
