Manager of ~12 employees.Full ownership of VMware environments, from design through implementation and management.Full ownership of Cohesity implementations.Agile project management strategies with integration of Jira and Confluence.System hardening and STIG compliance.Currently upgrading all systems to newer versions and planning/coordinating VCF/Cloud support and migrations. Template management – Linux and Windows.Heavy use of PowerShell scripting for most tasks.Patching, license management, documentation, and training.

Manage and support the entire virtual environment for servers at IHC. Full support of VMWare ESX and Microsoft Hyper-V. Manage and support all Windows systems for the organization. Build, configure, maintain, and update our Windows servers and our virtualization environments. Create and maintain our server build templates for Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016. We also recently adopted Tintri storage for our virtualization platforms and took control of the storage management.
