I am currently first point of contact for IT related issues, i deal with them as and when needed and prioritse my tasks to ensure the business remains functional. I have gained a wide range of skills and knowledge whilst working here such as: Microsoft Exchange 2010, BlackBerry Server, Backup Exec, IP based phone systems (Avaya), Acatel phone systems, Active Directory, Print servers, Cloud based systems (Cobweb). Along side this role i also work for a company called Aitch Group assisting in their every day IT issues.

Assisting the Property Management team with day to day tasks such as: Chasing Rent, directing calls, booking call outs for tenants, filing, drafting letters, maintaining client database and various other activities.

I was shadowing a technician for a period of about 5 months, i was then allowed to assist him along side his role to gain some work experience. I was not paid for my time and i was not required to be there. I attended mostly Mon-Fri for a period of around 10 months to increase my knowledge and gain some valuable experience within the role i wished to progress in to.
