I have a BA in Public Relations from a PRSA certified program at Eastern Kentucky University.I've spent most of my career taking care of customers, giving them the support and service they need. One of things many say is missing from business is a giver mentality, someone who looks out for the customer, make sure there needs are met. I aim to take that idea and do something spectacular with it. The attitude and care I approach each customer with will give them the comfort and satisfaction to know issue resolution was accomplished and they can rest easier about their dealing with my company. I joined the Tempur-Sealy family in July, 2013, working in the Direct-To-Consumer Sales Support and Professional Sales division. It is a great company for growth and personal improvement.I spent 7 years with Xerox/ACS, working in their Sprint project, an outsourced Customer Care operation. I've worked in Customer Care, back office groups and outbound and inbound telesales with more than 10 years experience with Xerox and Galls. I've written for the internet via WebProNews and some of their affiliated sites, focused primarily on science and technology, business and cybersecurity.I'm also a freelance actor. I worked with a number of theatrical groups in Central Kentucky, including the Ragged Edge Community Theatre, the Woodford Theatre, West T Hill Theatre, the Kentucky Conservatory Theatre and the Bluegrass Opera Company. I've appeared in short films and video productions and served for six years on the board of the Ragged Edge Community Theatre in Harrodsburg, KY.
