Global Sales Manager for Madico Specialty Films Division. Responsible for worldwide sales and distribution of products from Madico's Speciality Films Division. Chief Representative Madico Suzhou (China). Established an office, hired employees and managed the all functions within the office.

Responsible for Coating and Laminating Operations and Converting Operations. Directly responsible for up to 60 people in 24x7 window film operation.

Responsible for quality control for the company. Upgraded the company's ISO status to ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Responsible for mixing room, process engineering, environmental compliance and industrial product R&D.
