I’m responsible for advising clients on all aspects of the management of their benefit program. My expertise is managing large, complex benefit programs for employers ranging in size from 100-20,000 employees. I take a hands-on approach to learning about a client’s organization in order to help develop an employee benefit program that truly supports their organizational objectives.I have over thirty years of experience in the industry. During the first ten years of my career, I worked for a large national insurance carrier in sales, marketing and product development. In this capacity, I was responsible for new account sales and managing a block of business which ranged in size from 200 to 100,000 lives. Additionally, I was the lead team member in the development of the first Point of Service Dental plan in the Midwest for one of my national accounts.For the past twenty years of my career, I have consulted on benefits issues of clients, large and small, throughout the U.S. In addition to my duties as a producer, I managed a team of other benefits producers in the downtown Chicago office of one of the country’s largest insurance brokers. My specific client experience includes both public entity and private employers ranging in size from 100 to 20,000 employees.
