PM for Water/ Wastewater general contractor self performing and subcontracting. Duties include contract administration, cost forecasting, purchasing/ issue POs, schedule manpower/ construction equipment, schedule of values, estimate change orders, negotiate subcontracts, contract compliance, coordinate shop drawings/ vendors, as-build drawings, CPM schedule, progress meetings.

Acting liaison for four prime contractors with electrical, mechanical, process and structural engineers. Negotiate change order work, manage geo-technical engineers. Payment applications, RFIs, field orders, change orders, correspondence, shop dwgs, design drawings, specs, meeting minutes, Owner updates and as-builds. Coordinate with Owners/ Engineers on a bi-weekly basis.
