Key achievements• Designed and implemented a signage and display concept within budget to compliment the destinations floor in Surfers Paradise to give it a "Gold Coast" feel. This was achieved through the use of props, signage, music, and colours and mixing of textures. The result was a lift in sales of up to 65% with excellent customer feedback.• Cut costs for the fragrance and cosmetics weekly event calendar by instigating 100% supplier funded standardised collateral.• Opened a new store in Noumea instigating the Visual Merchandising and event collateral successfully while managing the challenging that comes with distance and language barriers
