Work with the Standards and Controls Engineering team at MBUSI. Currently Patch and Inventory all of the network devices that this group is responsible for on the shop floor. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling any changes / jobs during non-production hours with all of the planners for each of the shops in the plant and any emergency changes that may occur.

Client Team - Windows 10 Migration Technician (May – July)Work on migrating Admin Laptops and PCs assets from Windows 7 to Windows 10 through local and Automated installations. Monitor the evening migration process. Confirm and or coordinate migrations with customers. Troubleshoot imaging issues and manually restart any assets that fails to start imaging. Assist customers with any issues that occur after the migration with their PC/Desktops. Walk customers through the new operating system and help familiarize them with the new aspects of the operating system. Provide Help desk Customer service as needed.July 2018 - March 2019MBUSI Controls Engineering Dept. – OT Cyber Security Asset & Change Manager (July 2018 to Present)Create and maintain a living document of the shop floor assets (Technology PCs, HMIs etc.) that Controls and engineering is responsible for (Approx. 1365 assets). Convert Inventory documents to be implemented into new inventory systems and packages with all available information per device (ex Ondeso, IT Shop …). Tag all Controls and Engineering asset on the shop floor with pertinent information in the event of issues (ex. asset name, type, location, ip address…). Responsible for coordinating and creating all change requests within the different plants for weekend work. Organize and schedule all weekend work OT Cyber Security Team. Update all team members on all completed and future weekend work. Work closely with the Patch Manager and the Vulnerability Manager on projects with the OT Cyber Security Team. Assist and troubleshoot issues with devices maintained by Controls and Engineering (Technology PCs, HMIs etc.) Maintain backups for all Technology PCs. Ensure that there are at least two backups for each technology PC. Reimage Technology PCs/HMIs. Created

Responsible for providing support for hardware and software systems used throughout all departments of the 22 sites of the company. Responsible for the maintenance, imaging and upgrading of all laptops and desktops throughout the company. Monitor and help administer the company servers. Assists IT Director in advancement of existing information systems, and helps to find and test new systems that may be beneficial to the company. Participated in upgrading existing systems with XP to Windows 7.

Responsibilities include the administration and maintenance of six Windows based serversvarying between Server 2000 and Server 2003. Help with the administration and maintenanceof an AS400 and its back up system, within the IT Department team. Participates in HighAvailability switch over test for AS400. Handles light maintenance of Avaya Switch andinstallation telephones/VoIP Phones. Monitor critical file transfers.

Responsible for the maintenance, upgrading of 1000 computers on campus. Setting up computer labs, networks; pulling cables, loadingnew software, updates, imaging desktops for deployment, provide help desk support foronsite and online users.
