Past: Been with Randstad Technologies for 23 years (prior names: New Boston Systems, Sapphire Tech). Started career in IT Staffing Industry as a Tech Recruiter in 1993 (MA). Moved into Outside Sales in late 1993 and relocated to Atlanta in 1995 to become The Branch Manager of New Boston's Atlanta Office. Moved into a Regional Mgmt Role in 1997/1998 and was responsible for The Southeast Region. In 2000 moved into a VP role and relocated to CA. Yr 2000 - Responsible for the West Coast Region (CA, AZ, and OR), which generated roughly $100m in revenue out of 8 local mkts branches. In 2008 was promoted to SVP of Western Region (CA, OR, AZ, CO, MN, OH, and IL). In 2012 I gained additional responsibility as Sapphire Tech/Randstad Tech integrated with Technisource. At that time the revenue under my management tripled and the Texas Region was added to the Western Zone. We also opened the Seattle office at that time. The Western Zone currently has 4 major Regions (Northern Upper Midwest, Texas, SW, and NW), 26 local branches, roughly 300 Revenue Producers, 35+ Managers (Local/Mid/Sr Level), and generated roughly $400m in Revenue in 2014.
