Downtown San Francisco Project Manager for new site development. LTE/5c program lead for all San Francisco-based site overlay projects. RF/RAN to C&E liaison for all projects. Directly and singlehandedly negotiated with several very difficult San Francisco landlords that were potential gates to either overlay upgrades or new installations. This included working directly with the VP of Operations for the 49ers for the LTE upgrade during 2011/2012 playoffs. Worked very closely with compliance personnel particularly during temporary site installations and mandatory relocations as part of the temp site team. Managed budget including finance, purchase order requests, and invoice approval for all LTE and 5th carrier sites in San Francisco market. Ensured that cross functional teams including external and third party vendors adhered to project standards and specified deliverables. Responsible for training and advising former wireline employees in transition to the wireless environment.

Promoted to this position from Lead Construction Project Manager in March, 2010, I managed 4 site acquisition managers and the lead construction manager who in turn managed 12 construction managers. Approved all POs, change orders, financial invoices on sites to be constructed, maintained a close partnership with AT&T to facilitate these critical aspects of all projects. In my capacity as customer relations manager, ran SA vendor deployment calls and meetings, A&E, site acquisition, transport, commercial power management. Managed key project milestones using interim Six Sigma task order dates and implemented weekly deliverable task sheets for SAMs and CMs to enhance performance and production.
