I am a freelance musician from the south of England. Liberal in attitude, kind in heart, diligent in work ethic. I compose, conduct, sing, and play the violin. I am also a music engraver. My alma mater is Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.My music has been described as being neo-romantic in style, and I have written for a variety of forces: from full orchestra right down to solo vocal works and everything in between. I have won a number of awards including a commendation from the Philip Jones Brass Competition for original composition, joint prizewinner at the Ludlow English Song Composition Competition in 2017, and the Trinity Laban Silver Medal for Composition. I am currently working witht he librettist Sophia Chapadjiev to create an opera with the subject of Nuclear Weapons and the people involved with them.I have played the violin both at home and abroad on tours (including France, Belgium, Germany, the Czech Republic and Bratislava). I am experienced in both chamber and orchestral settings, and my repertoire spans from the baroque to the contemporary.
