John Sullivan practices in the areas of business law (corporate and commercial), real estate, and wills and estates. He has represented small and medium-sized businesses in transactional acquisitions and sales, of shares and assets, financings, reorganizations and restructurings, as well as internal corporate and commercial matters. With respect to real estate, he has advised individual purchasers and sellers of residential real estate, in addition to businesses dealing in commercial property. He has also represented organizations in the purchase and disposition of commercial real estate, leasing matters, financings, and development.Since graduating from law school, the majority of John’s professional experience has been spent practicing law. He has been called to the Bar in Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the State of Massachusetts. He recently worked as an executive in the financial sector, sourcing capital for acquisitions, developments and corporate growth, through financial brokerages and investment banks. In that role, he worked with business owners in technology, real estate, manufacturing, entertainment, construction, hospitality, transportation, and health and fitness, in order to provide them with access to capital.John’s involvement in business and financial structuring gives him a unique skill set, combined with his legal background.
