Following a major fire that destroyed the Brighton Recreational Centre (that had served the Brighton community for over 40 years), i am excited to now be working with the not for profit, Brighton Recreational Centre Ltd Board of Directors on opening the new centre and providing a broad range of recreational programs to positively impact the health and wellness of the Brighton community.

Organisational responsibility for the management of the YMCA's disability and aged services:Development and execution of organisational strategy in response to the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)Project sponsor for YMCA entry into aged services.

Responsible for the acquiring of the management rights for the $110 million SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre, and then management and operations of Australia's newest and largest aquatic and leisure facility, including the hosting of Australian and international aquatic events including Australian Swim Championships (Olympic trials)

Management responsibility for various aquatic and leisure facilities throughout the North West of Melbourne/ Victoria with an annual turnover of $60 million and employing 2000 staff, as well as being responsible for all tendering, health and fitness services and the organisation's health and safety.

Responsible for the operating performances across all of the YMCA's 110 health, aquatic and sporting venues throughout the state in terms of safety, quality and financial performances.

Management responsibility for various aquatic and leisure facilities throughout Victoria as well as responsibility for the organisations camping services, and the marketing activities of the YMCA.

Establishment and operation of YMCA activities in the Manningham area, including the formation of a new Board of Directors, with a primary responsibility for the management and operation of the Doncaster Aquarena
