Not just the ever-evolving technology but the ability to also evolve personal skills and be the champion for my customers and colleagues. For example, the power of the pivot is one of the best lessons. I like to believe I pivot better than any professional basketball player (because we all know there are some extra liberties taken at that level). The moment I am faced with a challenge, I am already onto an alternative approach with ease. I have always been good with change, but now, if things aren't changing on a regular basis, I can sense complacency creeping in. Complacency hinders growth. I do my best to motivate and encourage my teams to be self-aware and self-identify when you have become comfortable in your performance. To achieve out individual and team goals, we must incorporate diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging. Without these components we are status quo. I believe in being my clients teammate (or business partner), and not a vendor. Yes, I may work for a vendor, but I approach work with the mindset that my goal is to help you meet and exceed your goal(s). I work with my sphere of influence to ensure your needs are met.
