Working in partnership with Jobber and Installer customers to give them tools and assistance they need to prosper.

Promoted in January 2010 and tasked to bring independent jobbers and installers under the new Auto Plus banner program - added 30 independent jobbers. Worked with these customers, redid their stores in the Auto Plus format, implemented retail initiatives and brought their key installer customers to the program. Customers enjoyed a 5% + sales increase. Headed an initiative with our store group to add new banner members with their top installers. Led the country for two consecutive years with banner sign ups and sales growth. Headed a team that produced two quarterly publications, one for the jobbers and one for the installers, aimed at our Auto Plus members highlighting the program and the sales tools tied to it. Regional Sales Manager Was responsible for the sales of both independent jobbers and company stores in the New England Division; had 9 direct reports and 20 sales people. Programs and sales initiatives I designed grew the division by 10%. Designed and implemented the battery program including pricing still in place today. Corporation has seen double digit growth since its inception. Worked with the sales team and secured a 12 store Midas chain that now generates ½ million dollars in plus sales for the corporation.
