To provide leadership and support in the areas of business relationship management, supplier partnering, aligning supplier capabilities with Abbott needs, program management and long-term manufacturing sustainability for key Medical Devices. To coordinate activities across Quality, Technical and Engineering Groups, Finance, Supply Chain, and management stakeholders. Be the major point of contact for Abbott at the component supplier, with responsibility for the overall supplier relationship and coordination of Abbott activities to achieve business objectives. This position is the primary Franchise contact for the component supplier in the UK located on-site at the supplier’s facility in Chipping Norton, UK.
