In 1982, HemoCue AB introduced the first accurate, near-patient hemoglobin test. HemoCue offer point-of-care tests for hemoglobin, glucose, urine albumin, HbA1c, total and differential white blood cell count.HemoCue’s products are sold in more than 100 countries, with offices in US, South Africa and India. More than 400 employees with a Turnover of 110 MUSD in 2019Senior Director Operations (COO) reporting to the President (CEO) of HemoCue AB. Member of the executive management team and responsible for all Operations activities including Global Procurement, Production, Engineering, Facility management, EHS and Warehousing. Responsible for an organisation with 90 employees. 3 Directors and 3 Senior Managers in direct reference. The organisation contained Product Development, QA, Clinical and Regulatory competencies. The unit was responsible for development of Medical Devices, Primary and Secondary Packaging for LEO Pharma's pharmaceutical product range.Key results during the period was development and implementation of a new Medical Device Strategy towards 2020 for LEO Pharma and development of a new ISO 13485 Quality Management System ready for implementation January 2017. The strategy implementation included a re-organisation into a new matrix organisation with three new new focus areas : Injection Devices, Packaging and Connected Solutions. All three areas supported by the cross functional areas: QA, RA and Systems & Processes.

Vice President reporting to Senior Vice President of Global Development in Group Management. Responsible for Chemical Manufacturing and Control Development (CMC) with an organisation with more than 100 employees and 4 Directors in direct reference. CMC Development was responsible for development and upscaling of new API's, development of new formulations and analytical control methods for topicals within LEO Pharma including the responsibility for the Clinical Trial Supply function ensuring packed, labeled and shiped products for all clinical trials within LEO Pharma. The area of responsibility also included maintenance of the Module 3 documentation and preparation of the documentation for new product launches.

Vice President reporting to Executive Vice President of Global Product Supply in Group Management. Responsible for Finished Goods Manufacturing in Denmark and responsible for outsourcing activities and External Manufacturing in LEO Pharma. Responsible for an organisation with more than 300 employees and 5 Directors in direct reference. From July 1st 2012 responsible for establishing a new function in Global Product Supply to support the development and launch of new Pharmaceutical and Med. Tech products in close collaboration with R&D

Coloplast is the world’s leading supplier of intimate healthcare products and services within three focus areas: Ostomy care, Urology & Continence care and treatment of Chronic wounds. Coloplast is represented with own sales subsidiaries in the principal markets and employs more than 7000 employees. Turnover in 09/10 of 9,5 Mia. DKK. Global Operations is responsible for all manufacturing in Coloplast.Vice President reporting to Senior Vice President of Global Operations, with responsibility for the 4 Danish manufacturing sites with 800 employees. 4 Site Directors and 3 Project Directors in direct reference.

In August 2008 a reorganisation took place in the Executive Management Group in Coloplast and a new appointed Senior Vice President took over the responsibility for Global Operations. The first task for the new management group for Global Operations was together with the consultant company A.T. Kearney to restructure, simplify and reorganise the entire Global Operations organisation word wide.Vice President reporting to Senior Vice President of Global Operations, with responsibility for Project Management function. 7 senior project managers and a Lean director in direct reference.

Global Operations is responsible for manufacturing of all products sold in Coloplast A/S and was established as a functional matrix organisation in February 2006. The restructuring took place after a complete reorganisation of all manufacturing activities in Coloplast. Before the reorganisation three Product Divisions in Coloplast had their own independent manufacturing organisations. Vice President reporting to Senior Vice President of Global Operations and had the responsibility for 5 Danish manufacturing Sites with more than 1300 employees and with 5 Site Directors in direct reference.

The area was characterized by high growth of SpeediCath Catheters and influenced by introduction of new products, continuously increases in production capacity and continous improvements. The products produced represented 500 mill. DKK equalling 30% of the division’s turnover.Operations Manager with reference to the Operations Director and responsible for the production of all intermittent catheters. Approx. 200 employees in my responsibility area and 5 Head of Departments in direct reference.

The Consumer Division in Coloplast was a contract manufacturer for Johnson & Johnson of the hydrocoloid dressings: Compeed and Band Aid. Operations Manager with reference to the General Manager of the Consumer Division and responsible for the production area with 100 employees and 5 Head of Departments in direct reference.

Responsible for the production of Collecting Devices: Urine bags, Urisheaths and Absorption pads with a turnover of 450 mill. DKK. The area was characterized by high growth in urine bag production and an ongoing relocation of urisheath production to Hungary. Production Manager with reference to Plant Manager and approx. 275 employees. 6 Head of Departments in direct reference.

Responsible for a production center for production of intermediate goods - adhesive elements for ostomy bags. The center was characterized by high volume growth and the main focus areas was on capacity expansion, technical optimization and development of employees.Production Centre Manager with reference to the Production Manager with the following responsibilities and main tasks:* Responsible for environmental health and safety, quality, delivery performance and production economics * First line manager for 100 employees in direct reference

Struers is the world's leading manufacturer of equipment and consumables for materialographic surface preparation of solid materials and have more than 40% of the world market. Struers has affiliates in 19 countries, qualified service personnel, experienced metallographers, and a worldwide network of dealers. Turnover in 92/93 of 265 mill.
