Support of Advantage motor starters. Design improvments.• Provided technical product support of “Advantage” motor starters NEMA size1 through size 6 including performingfirmware verification testing, collecting data to establish calibration tables and implementing design improvements.• Worked with senior engineers on design improvements for “Advantage” motor protection and control products includingHarmonic Noise Immunity, Zero Cross Filtering, Unity Gain Filter, and High Impedance Inputs.• Other duties included the fabrication and testing of prototype circuits, applying changes to existing hardware andperforming design verification, set up of high current test fixtures for verification testing, collecting data to identify andresolve field problems and analyzing field returns to determine root cause of failures.
