PROFILE:John T. Lyons, Jr. grew up in Charlestown, Massachusetts. He attended Boston Latin School and is a member of the class of 1987. While at Boston Latin School, John was a member of the National Honor Society as well as member of the Varsity Ice Hockey Team. John attended Stonehill College. While at Stonehill College, John majored in Political Science and Criminal Justice. He was also member of the Varsity Ice Hockey Team and served as Captain his senior year. He graduated from Stonehill College cum laude in 1991. John received his Law Degree from Massachusetts School of Law in 1994. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1994 and the Federal District Court in 1995.John is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully argued before the Massachusetts Appellate Court. He is a former member of the Middlesex Defense Attorneys and has represented indigent clients in all aspects of criminal representation. His general practice areas include: Representation of Lenders, Buyers and Sellers in residential real estate transactions; the drafting and preparation of wills and other estate planning documents; representing claimants in personal injury matters and representation of those charged with criminal offenses in the State of Massachusetts.Attorney Lyons is also a licensed real estate broker. He is a Title Insurance Agent for First American Title Insurance, Fidelity National Title Insurance and Old republic Title Insurance.
