As an IT Engineer III at Ent Credit Union, I have been designing, implementing, and supporting the infrastructure that serves over 400,000 members and 1,000 employees across Colorado. My mission is to deliver reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders.My core competencies include cloud and network engineering, troubleshooting and problem-solving, and leadership and collaboration. I leverage technologies and platforms such as Azure Cloud, Cisco Systems, VMWare, and Solar Winds, to optimize the performance and efficiency of the network. I am skilled at identifying and resolving issues, and providing solutions that align with the business objectives and strategies. I also enjoy leading, coaching, and mentoring my team members, and working with other IT teams and departments, to enhance productivity and performance. My goal is to continue to expand my skills and knowledge in the field of IT engineering, and to contribute to the success and growth of Ent Credit Union.
