With over 15 years of experience working with the Chinese Trademark Office, Chinese Patent Office and Copyright Office,I have developed a wealth of knowledge not only of the law but of the local practices of the Chinese intellectual property body. In addition to prosecution and litigation of IP cases, I works closely with customs officials in all the major ports of China in their effort to prevent export of infringing goods through an organized but complex web of registration and recordation of the intellectual property rights of applicants.As Managing Counsel of IPO Pang Xingpu I also coordinate and supervise the firm’s legal case load, with particular emphasis on our growing intellectual property practice.My experience includes working with clients ranging from specialized start-ups to multi-national corporations in a variety of industries.
