-Primary task is to look after plant in Electrical & Instrumentation aspect-Overlook other aspect which include warehouse, workshop, boilerhouse and utility in the plant.-Lead a team of chargeman, boilerman, mechanical team and utility team.-Spare part tracking and procurement of material.-Plan for plant shutdown activity, source and liase with vendor. Compile the final list of shut down activities after discussion with production engineer.-Execute project initiated by Technology Department.-Compile plant asset list.-Construct Preventive Maintenance plan

Work Scope-Prepare document such as project schedule, functional specification, VDML for kick off meeting.-Design DCS panel and console.-Procurement of necessary material such as DCS system, DCS console and Wago Boards .-Liaise with panel fabricator the construct the panel.-Site Visit.-Construct loop drawing and all engineering drawing.-Generate Final Documentation.-Prepare FAT and SAT procedure.-Conduct FAT and SAT.-Loop Check.-Site Installation.A. System Migration for Idemitsu Malaysia (ISM and IPS)In this project, we are required to migrate Yokogawa old System (Micro XL) to latest system (Centum VP) for Idemitsu plant in Pasir Gudang. I am responsible to construct the engineering drawing for this project. I have to come out with a new wiring diagram as we are replacing the old panels with new panels. The challenge in this project is some of the information is missing or not updated as it is an old system. I have to make sure all the connections are terminated correctly. During FAT, I am responsible for the hardware check and also loop check. At site, I am responsible to liaise with all contractors to make sure the site work is smooth as we have only 2 weeks time.

Supply of Remote Monitoring Control System for ONGC OGIPIn this project, we are required to design 19 Well Head Platform and 5 Process Platform for Remote Monitoring Control System located at India’s offshore. Among the thing that I am responsible include:a) Panel and wiring design.b) Material procurement.c) PLC Logic Design (Modicon Quamtum PLC)d) Human Machine Interface Design.e) Construct Site acceptance test and integration test procedure.f) Conduct Integration test with other vendor such as HVAC, Electrical system, Fire and Gas System and Battery Charges system at Jakarta, Indonesia.The communication protocols used in this project include TCP/IP, Modbus and Modbus over TCP/IP. During the construction of SAT, I am responsible to integrate all other vendor individual SAT into 1 document. It has given me an opportunity to understand how under vendor conducted their SAT for their own respective system. This knowledge is further enhanced when I conducted integration test in Jakarta. I have to integrate other system to our RMCS and this has given me more opportunity to further understand their system.
