John is the CEO of Guideposts, a multimedia organization partnering with millions of people to grow their spiritual well-being. Through our diverse brands, apps, newsletters, books, podcasts, magazines, and donor-funded outreach, we support our community in deepening their faith and embracing the Power of Positive Thinking. Previously, John founded and led the Human Trafficking Response Unit (HTRU) at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in New York City. Leveraging data-driven insights, technology, and cross-functional, survivor-focused teams, HTRU has become the model for prosecutors offices across the country.In both Guideposts and HTRU, John's leadership hallmark is the combination of technology, data, and human collaboration.
