John is the CEO of Guideposts, a multimedia organization partnering with millions of people to grow their spiritual well-being. Previously, John founded and led the Human Trafficking Response Unit (HTRU) at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in New York City. Leveraging data-driven insights, technology, and cross-functional, survivor-focused teams, HTRU has become the model for prosecutors offices across the country.In both Guideposts and HTRU, John's leadership hallmark is the combination of technology, data, and human collaboration.
