CurrentWhen first joining Eastwood Park in the early 1990s as Head of Training Support it was then the UK National Health Service Training Authority. Having lead a management buyout several years later, Eastwood Park Ltd was established. Since 2003 as Eastwood Park’s CEO the organisation has transformed and continues today as an independent international training business, alongside a conference, events and weddings venue.A career that has spanned qualifying as an engineer, quality assurance management, apprenticeship programme development and becoming a senior lecturer, I have been involved in developing new qualifications and National Occupancy Standards with City & Guilds of London. I have been able to combine engineering and educationalist knowledge, including the development of compliant service strategies for healthcare organisations worldwide.
