I work with experienced financial advisors interested in exploring a transition to a new firm. My process is designed to learn about a financial advisor's business and help them understand how Raymond James can support and aid in growth and efficiency improvements in their practice. I do this by getting to know each advisor personally and professionally through frequent conversations and communication.

I served as an advocate to the independent branch owners at Raymond James Financial Services helping them grow their practices by practicing coaching and consulting processes to ensure enhanced productivity and profitability.

Training Manager for Division of Raymond James and Associates specializing in working with new financial advisors.

Responsible for interfacing with Information Technology, Senior Management and Financial Advisors with regard to development, rollout and ongoing training of multiple applications with a focus on compliance and regulatory systems used to monitor transactions and business activities of over 6,000 financial advisors.

Responsible for management of corporate technology training department with 14 trainers. Ensured trainers were developed, motivated and able to serve the needs of the financial advisors. Responsible for annual training schedule which included between 12-15 conferences throughout the country. Managed the educational content developement for over 30 applications and lead projects to work with developers of applications to ensure end user feedback was being utilized to improve systems and applications.

Became an expert on over 30 applications used by financial advisors and support staff. Presented training calls and consultations regarding applications via phone and classroom settings. Created lesson plans, designed training modules and presented in front of large groups of financial advisors and support staff. Worked closely with application developers and business analyst to help design and implement changes to systems. Aggressively served as an advocate for the financial advisors regarding the need for system changes when provided feedback.

Senior Weather Observer tasked with ensuring protection of base resources by providing accurate data and observations to weather staff and base commanders. Daily recording and briefing of forecasts and observations to pilots and base leaders. Served as Operations and Support Squadron Unit Deployment Manager with responsibility to ensure all squadron staff fully trained and prepared for deployment.
