Air Force Lessons Learned Directorate, AF/A9LAssists the Director, Office of Air Force Lessons Learned to enhance readiness and improve combat capability by capitalizing on the experiences of Airmen. Also acts as an integrating agent for the Joint Lessons Learned Program (JLLP) and performs a specialized role focusing on direct lessons learned support. In addition, the JLLS actively communicates with other JLLP organizations throughout the DOD and provides an integration and standardization function for the JLLP.

Provided on-sight analyst support to the Joint Training and Integration Branch for individual and staff joint training. Served as the Joint Training Functional Process Owner (FPO) for Joint Staff J7 and tasked with reviewing and commenting on all DOTMLPF Change Recommendations (DCRs) for J7 equities in the Knowledge Management/Decision Support (KM/DS) staffing tool. Also provided conference support to the Individual & Staff Joint Training Working Group conducted during the Worldwide Joint Training & Scheduling Conference in Colorado Springs, CO semi-annually.

Led Camber's efforts to support joint transformation by providing on-site analytical support for the Joint Staff J8 Joint Capabilities Division in coordinating and facilitating DOTMLPF Change Recommendations (DCRs), Lessons Learned and GWOT Findings through the JCIDS process for JROC approval. Provided broad experience and support to the management and oversight on behalf of the DOTMLPF Capabilities Branch by attending FCB Working Group meetings, FCB, JCB and JROC meetings, and supporting the tracking and coordination of DCR proposals.

Supported joint transformation as a senior analyst for Joint Transformation Division, Joint Staff J7, by reviewing, analyzing, and recommending changes to capabilities documents using KM/DS and the JCIDS process. Executed new tracking system that ensured all JTD responsibilities were met within approved timelines.

Supported the USAF Task Force Enduring Look (TFEL), tasked to accomplish Air Force wide data collection, data exploitation, documentation and reporting for the Air Force's efforts in Operation NOBLE EAGLE, ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM. Instrumental in the development of Fact Sheets, responding to internal and external requests for information; was heavily involved in identifying key lessons learned; and wrote the Combat Support chapter in support of the Global War on Terrorism Report. Interviewed multiple senior officers to gain an accurate picture on what actually transpired during the conflict.

Developed, instructed, and directed a three person team that taught a one week course, Maritime Prepositioning Force Staff Planning Course, in the resident schoolhouse and as a Mobile Training Team (MTT) throughout the western US, Hawaii, and the Far East to officers and senior enlisted personnel in both the Navy and Marine Corps.

Coordinated and supervised logistics operations throughout Central and Eastern Europe as well as Africa as an Action Officer for USEUCOM J4, Joint Logistics Operations Center (JLOC). Managed and executed a $6M Humanitarian Assistance Program with projects in Eastern Europe and throughout Africa. During the Kosovo Refugee Crisis, directed and coordinated all humanitarian assistance on behalf of US European Command in coordination with Joint Staff J4, US Mission Geneva and the United Nations.
