Underwriting Credit Proposals.• Responsible for comprehensive review and risk assessment of assigned credit proposals (New to bank, Renewals & restructuring), identifying and analyzing facility requirements in line with Bank’s policy, Central Bank guidelines, security profile, risk factors, account profitability etc. and submitting to relevant authorities for approval.• Evaluate and approve customer rating in line with customer’s financial analysis and other qualitative analysis in Moodys CreditLens (MRA).Management of assigned Credit Portfolio.• Managing a Credit portfolio of Corporate Accounts aggregating to AED 1.5B.• Handled a portfolio that include large ticket sized Construction/Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Trading, Manufacturing & Syndication facilities.Regular Monitoring of assigned Credit Portfolio to ensure a healthy status.• Control and monitor extended credits by analyzing Daily Past Due reports, Excess Over limit reports, Expired facility report etc. and regular follow-up of irregular cases with Business Units.• Ensure that client’s financial status is reviewed on a timely basis and collaterals are appropriately assessed and verified.Maintain regular interactions with Chief Credit Officer, Head of Credit, Heads of Business Unit, Risk Management & Audit department on various Credit issues related to the assigned Portfolio.Undertaking special projects and regular assignments within Credit Area.
