I'm a real estate investor/developer currently leading the charge on revitalizing West Main Street in downtown Fort Wayne, IN through strategic mixed-use development projects. My passion is creating vibrant, livable spaces that foster connections between people and nature. My company does this by combining the principles of new urbanism with the innovative concept of agrihoods to create environments where community, sustainability, and agriculture intertwine to redefine urban living.

As the former owner of Roseberry Creative, I led a boutique agency that specialized in elevating the online presence and brand identity of small businesses. With a decade of marketing expertise at its core, Roseberry Creative was dedicated to transforming websites into a business owner's #1 sales tools, using the power of the internet to attract and retain more customers. This experience laid a solid foundation for my transition into real estate development, where my skills in networking, raising and utilizing private capital, have become invaluable. The journey from digital landscapes to urban development was a seamless and logical evolution of my career.

Associate Pastor and Director of Music & Discipleship Ministry (501(c)3 Organization.As part of the senior leadership team:- I assisted in the overall care and support of congregational members and givers.- Managed our community volunteers and team leaders.- Oversaw the creation and implementation of youth initiatives, small groups, and other various church programs.- I was the community outreach coordinator with various agencies in Wells County for ongoing member engagement and community outreach.- I was responsible for the development and teaching of curriculums, outlines, presentations and classes; ages youth through adult.- Youth counseling on various social and family issues.- Teen-pregnancy and sexual awareness initiatives with teens and young adults.- Responsible for all areas of church music planning, organizing, and leading. Chief Operating Officer (COO) of 501(c)3 organization. During a time of transition within the organization, I served on the Executive Management Team as the Director of Operations (COO) and also oversaw the organization's marketing department.OPERATIONS:- Provided oversight to the recruitment, guidance and management of volunteer staff and interns, including scheduling and training. - Administrative oversight of FCW building and vehicles, shipping/packing department, clothing collections, fundraising events and retail store operations.- Oversaw the management of IT and computer software.- Direct involvement with finance department in maintaining systems for tracking volunteer hours, donor management and contributions.- Implementation of new systems and procedures for employees, volunteers and individual departments in order to reach internal goals set forth by the Exec Team.- Partnered with the Development Team in donor fundraising and relations.MARKETING:- Served as spokesperson / representative at specified public events and fundraisers.- Director of in-house marketing team. - Implemented new marketing strategies and fundraising campaigns.- Managed marketing projects, production of marketing materials, newsletters, website and social media platforms.PROGRAM OVERSIGHT:- Served on the Project Management Team providing insight on the vetting of international partners and implementation of overseas projects.- Country Manager for the country of Zimbabwe and Malawi, providing communication and oversight on country partners, orphan care, and in-country projects.- Served as liaison with the Finance Team regarding all Project Management Team issues and project costs as they related to finance, operations, and marketing.

Crown and Moorfeed (sister companies): Worked on the design and manufacturing of custom machines for the parts-feeding and CNC bending industries. I worked directly with prospective and existing customers as a sales rep, as well as internally within the quoting/applications department. I also assisted in the development of ongoing company sales and marketing strategies.
