In November of 2012, Intelligent Bioenergetics, Inc., was established by John Thorp to sell and distribute advanced intelligent bioenergetics devices internationally. John is also Founder and President of Thorp Institute of Integrated Medicine ("TI"), a medical management company established in 1995 and leading authority on microcurrent technologies. With over thirty (35) plus years of experience in the field of bioenergetics, he administered and taught proprietary clinically proven electrotherapy protocols to clients and practitioners worldwide.John Thorp’s introduction to electrotherapy came in 1986 when he shattered his Tibia, Fibula and Femur bones, all under the right knee joint. He was told with out a total knee replacement he would be crippled for life. His doctors stated that his injury resulted in a bone-­on-­bone scienaro and a potential recovery was a physical impossibility. After accomplishing the impossible he began to share and apply this same technology to his colleagues.John attended the Institute of Oriental Medicine to study acupuncture. John established protocols that were non-­existent for this technology, producing unheard of success rates in the reduction of chronic pain.He took a four-­year assignment at Loma Linda's affiliate, Castle Medial Center, located in Kailua, Hawaii, with outpatient Physical therapy services in Kailua and Kaneohe. Due to John's success in the reduction of chronic pain and enhanced recovery time Castle opened 3 more Physical Therapy centers on Maui. John trained 2 to 3 technicians per center using 2 larger instruments, the predecessors, of the Electro Equiscope. The results of the 15 technicians that John personally trained and through their trials and errors, John formulated reproducible clinical protocols that had a 90 present, plus, success rate in the reduction of chronic pain due to injury or disease.In 2013 John introduced to the world an exclusive and advanced technology known as the Electro-Equiscope. Intelligent Bioenergetics has an international network of Physicians, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Physical Therapists, Naturopathic Doctors, Estheticians and Veterinarians obtaining dramatic results using the Electro-Equiscope.
