Our industry-expert analysts prepare in-depth financial analysis that offer a multi-faceted view of more than 400 - 500 private and public retailers.We have developed a new suite of products for the real estate world, which provide an in-depth and dynamic look at key real estate health metrics, including sales per square foot, average sales per store, and provide store concentration heat maps with peer locator functionality. In addition, the Store Overlap feature of "Retail Tools"​ has proven to offer predictive analytics on potential store closings. Our Void Analysis tool helps show which retailers are not operating in any given area.
