Served as software delivery consultant for IBM ECM suite of products. This included Imaging Services, FileNet P8, Datacap, Records Manager, IBM Content Collector, eDiscovery and Content Navigator. In this role, I was responsible for the installation and implementation of all software products in the ECM suite. Other responsibilities included performance tuning, disaster recovery planning as well as troubleshooting.
