As Senior Project Manager of a rapidly growing energy company, my role is tremendously varied. I am responsible for the leadership of the sales and management teams of several full service heating oil, diesel and propane delivery and service operations throughout Maine and New Hampshire. These operations serve a wide variety of customers ranging from residential to commercial to governmental. Most recently, this role has allowed me to create and implement a company wide training program designed to develop critical leadership skills within Irving managers.

Negotiated and contracted for, as well as managed the wholesale to retail liquid supply chain for all United States and Canadian operations. This role was singularly responsible for the effective purchase, delivery and JIT inventory of more than 115 million gallons of liquid inventory. As L&SC manager, I led a team of professionals focused on maximizing returns on capital invested in inventory distributed through hundreds of tanks in 42 bulk storage facilities from Saint John's, Newfoundland, CA to White River Junction, VT.

While working for New England Restaurant Corporation(NERCo), I became a General Manager of Chili's and later transitioned to On the Border. I was quickly given the opportunity to open several new restaurants as a kitchen manager and then was promoted to General Manager. After a year in this position, I was given the opportunity to successfully open an On The Border Restaurant as a Managing Partner. Each of these roles afforded me the opportunity to lead existing and new teams, create visions and set goals. While in these roles, I earned General Manager of the Year and Restaurant of the Quarter Awards by exceeding guest expectations paired with achieving superior financial results.

I was ultimately responsible for the complete restaurant operation including hiring and training of employees, guest satisfaction as well the financial results.
